At Rethink Property Insurance, we have access to multiple independent risk surveyors who can survey your asset swiftly, minimizing the time it takes to arrange terms
1. Now that we have all of your information on file, we will conduct a thorough review to establish the most suitable arrangement specific to your requirements.
2. We will then begin the quotation process, which involves contacting our panel of insurers to negotiate the most comprehensive and financially competitive insurance option available.
3. Once we have sourced suitable terms, we will then present a formal quotation for your review. This will include a summary of the insurers we have contacted, as well as the policy schedule/s and insurer documents. If any amendments are required, we will update these accordingly and send through revised terms.
4. Upon acceptance of our proposal, we will bind coverage with the insurer/s and issue formal policy documentation for payment.
5. Once payment has been made, we will be able to issue a Certificate of Currency, which is commonly required in order for financial settlement.
6. Businesses change, so an annual review of your portfolio is imperative to ensure you are adequately protected for your day-to-day activities. Our review occurs 4-6 weeks prior to renewal depending on your business, with all renewals issued 2 weeks prior to policy expiry.
